John Lewin
Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer

Mr Lewin joined URALSIB in May 2004, he is currently based in London.
Prior to joining URALSIB, Mr Lewin was employed by UFG (UK) Ltd, 2001-2004, as Chief Operating Officer, Compliance Officer and MLRO. UFG is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Deutsche Bank. From 1997 to 2001 Mr Lewin was Group CFO and Group Chief Operating Officer for Renaissance Capital Group Ltd. in Moscow.  Previous positions include: 1993-1997 Assistant General Manager, Banco Santander, London Branch, 1989-1993 Senior Manager, Finance and Operations, State Bank of New South Wales Ltd. 1978-1989 and Assistant Manager, Accounts Department, Banque Belge Ltd.

Simon Gilder
Senior Manager

Mr Gilder joined URALSIB in December 2007. Prior to joining URALSIB, Mr Gilder was employed by Natixis Commodity Markets Ltd., London as Product Control Manager, Middle Office, responsible for supporting the commodity sales and trading businesses. Prior positions include: 2004-2007 LloydsTSB Bank Plc., Product Control Manager (FX Exotic Options) Financial Markets Division, 2003-2004 The Co-operative Bank Plc., Product Accounting Manager, Middle Office, 1999-2003, LloydsTSB Bank Plc., Assistant Manager, Treasury Division, and 1998 Graduate Trainee for AVK Investment Company in St. Petersburg.

Qualifications: BSc Econ. (Hons) in Banking & Finance, Post Grad. Dip. in Russian (Distinction), CIMA (Passed Finalist), CySEC Certificates, PRINCE2 Practitioner, FSA Certificate

Alexandros Constantinou
Compliance Officer

Mr. Constantinou is part of our team under an outsourcing agreement with MAP S.Platis, the leading financial services consulting and advisory firm in Cyprus. Mr. Constantinou is a Manager with MAP S.Platis and the Assistant Head of the firm’s Compliance Support Services Team. He has accumulated, among others, a wealth of experience advising and training globally-active EU Investment Firms on compliance matters as well as on anti-money laundering matters. He holds a BSc on Computer Science from the University of Reading, an MSc on Finance & Investments from the University of Edinburgh, an MCSI membership from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, and he is certified by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission and the Ministry of Finance of Cyprus to act as a broker, dealer/trader, portfolio manager, investment advisor officer and others.

Olesya Kondrashkina
Head of Accounting

Miss Kondrashkina joined URALSIB in 2001 and has been based in Cyprus since 2006. Miss Kondrashkina joined URALSIB straight from university.

Qualifications: Diploma in Economics & Mathematics, FCSM Certificate, CySEC Certificate, ACCA in progress

Oxana Sardak
Swift Specialist

Miss Sardak joined URALSIB in 2001 and has been based in Cyprus since 2008. Prior to joining URALSIB, Miss Sardak was employed by the Insurance Company Energogarant as a Senior Specialist of Development and Control for Regional System Department 1998-2000 and prior to that as a Chief Accountant Assistant in the Insurance Company Narodny Rezerve.

Lyudmila Andrianova
Custody Specialist, Compliance Assistant

Miss Andrianova joined URALSIB in 2005 and has been based in Cyprus since 2007. Miss Andrianova joined URALSIB straight from university.

Lena Polyakova
Head of Back-Office

Ms Polyakova joined URALSIB in 2005 and has been based in Cyprus since 2008. Prior to her employment with URALSIB, Ms Polyakova was employed by Troika Dialog, 2000-2003 as Client Service Department Manager. Previous Positions include, 1999-2000 Back-Office Specialist Nikoil Investment Company (Nikoil is now URALSIB). Rinaco Plus Investments Company (now part of URALSIB), 1997-1998 as Back-Office Specialist and 1992-1997 Narodny Commercial Bank, International Department.

Victoria Arampantzi
Office Assistant, Documentary Compliance Assistant

Ms Arampantzi joined URALSIB in 2010 and is currently based in Cyprus. Prior to her employment with URALSIB, Ms Arampantzi was employed by Euroguard Assets Ltd as a Corporate Administrator from 2009 -2010. Previous positions include, 2008-2009, Secretary, Office Manager for Uralchem Freight Limited.
